With over twenty years experience at the senior executive level, and a wealth of knowledge in general port management, vessel operations, warehouse and special project shipment management, I am a multi-faceted strategist who knows how to implement. I wish to use these experiences and skills to bring international best practices to assignments on behalf of your corporation in a permanent or consultative capacity in the Logistics & Foreign Trade Field, Land; Air and Maritime International Transportation; Worldwide Shipping and Custom Brokerage Field. I manage Ships Lines and Shipping Agencies, Port terminals with waterfront operations to receiving a ships. Full knowledge in the Health, Safety & Environment procedures, according the IMO rule’s SOLAS and ISPS. inland operations, cargo management, port maintenance, administration and policies, Custom Agencies as well as consultant ship to the external trade for handling of all outbound and inbound merchandise traffic. Maritime Agency, Multipurpose Vessel’s Affreightment, kind like a Panamax and handymax, Project Shipments and Freight Forwarding procedures, custom brokerage including the classification tariff and the International foreign trade regulations in law. Likewise I know systems of quality control, processes implantation of normative ISO 9001 / 2000 standard. Wide experience in Handling and planning of loading / unloading operations of every type of Vessels in all Mexican Ports. Experience in handling of Bulk Carrier and Project Shipments (Oversized & Overweight Cargo). Liquid shipments in Tankers like a Vegetable Oils and chemical products with or without Dangerous / IMO regulations.
